A leading luxury retail organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Treasury Manager to join its finance leadership team in Dubai. This role is responsible for managing liquidity, funding strategies, financial risk, and capital structure to ensure the company’s long-term financial stability and growth.

You will play a key role in optimizing cash flow, strengthening banking relationships, and implementing treasury best practices to support a fast-evolving omnichannel retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cash management operations, including forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.

• Develop and implement treasury policies, controls, and governance frameworks.

• Monitor and manage capital structure, including debt and equity financing strategies.

• Optimize working capital and cash flow to enhance operational efficiency.

• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and credit exposure.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external financial institutions to execute funding initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, covenants, and reporting standards.

• Lead treasury transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and process improvements.

• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and market insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (advanced degree or certifications such as CFA/CPA preferred).

• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or banking.

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and treasury management systems.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience within financial services or a Big 4 environment is advantageous.

• Fluency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
