Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

Bait Al-Zawiah Travel and Tourism LLC, a rapidly growing travel agency based in Dubai, is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Travel Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating revenue, building client relationships, and creating memorable travel experiences for both individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Sell inbound and outbound travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, visas, and holiday bundles

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with tailored travel recommendations

Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, needs, and budgets

Establish and maintain client relationships, while actively sourcing new leads and referrals
-
Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers for rates, bookings, and confirmations
-
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth

Stay informed about global travel trends, visa policies, and top destinations
-
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service and timely follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of travel sales experience, preferably within the UAE

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred)

Knowledge of UAE visa regulations and travel documentation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
-
Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a bonus)

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
