Job Title: Travel Sales Executive 

Job Description:

Bait Al-Zawiah Travel and Tourism LLC, a rapidly growing travel agency based in Dubai, is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about travel, love engaging with customers, and have a strong sales mindset, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Travel Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating revenue, building client relationships, and creating memorable travel experiences for both individual and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell inbound and outbound travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, visas, and holiday bundles

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with tailored travel recommendations

  • Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, needs, and budgets

  • Establish and maintain client relationships, while actively sourcing new leads and referrals

  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers for rates, bookings, and confirmations

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth

  • Stay informed about global travel trends, visa policies, and top destinations

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service and timely follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of travel sales experience, preferably within the UAE

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred)

  • Knowledge of UAE visa regulations and travel documentation

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

  • Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a bonus)

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
