Miral Experiences is hiring a strategic and detail-driven Travel Manager to oversee corporate travel operations across Miral Experiences and Miral Destinations. This role focuses on travel policy compliance, vendor management, spend analysis, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and enforce travel policies and ensure compliance across the organization.

Analyze travel spending and implement cost-saving measures.

Serve as the subject-matter expert on travel and expense management systems.

Manage vendor relationships using KPIs and SLAs.
-
Train employees on travel systems and processes for an optimal user experience.

Act as the liaison between Procurement, Finance, HR, and external vendors.

Maintain accurate reporting and analytics on travel data and expenses.

Optimize the travel management system for efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead process improvements and travel-related projects across departments.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years in corporate travel management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
-
Strong experience with travel and expense management tools.
-
Background in procurement and vendor negotiations is an advantage.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
