Xtrevo is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join its expanding team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for individuals passionate about travel and client service. As a Travel Consultant, you’ll assist clients in planning and booking both domestic and international travel, while delivering expert advice and seamless support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, tours, and visas
• Provide clients with detailed travel options and itinerary recommendations
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and itinerary modifications
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, airlines, and travel packages
• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling travel services
• Deliver exceptional post-booking support to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in the travel and tourism industry (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence in closing deals
• Familiarity with booking systems and travel platforms is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a bonus
