Travel Consultant – Global Operations


dnata Travel Group is hiring a Travel Consultant to provide high-quality travel services to clients across various channels, including retail, phone, WhatsApp, and email. The role requires handling customer queries, selling airline tickets and travel products, and providing travel-related information while ensuring superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail, government, and corporate clients.
- Sell airline tickets and travel-related products while cross-selling and upselling services.
- Assist customers with travel queries, booking amendments, and disruption management.
- Offer destination insights, travel documentation guidance, and visa information.
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle customer interactions across multiple platforms, including calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Work collaboratively with airline networks, hotels, and service teams to support customers during their travel.
- Assist with crisis management and unexpected travel disruptions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, reservations, ticketing, travel & tourism, or customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 years of schooling).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service and sales environment.
- IT literacy and quick adaptability to new systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
