About the Role:
Kanoo Travel is seeking an experienced and proactive Emergency Travel Desk Consultant to join our Travel Division in Dubai. You will be responsible for handling urgent travel requests, changes, and support services outside regular working hours, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional travel consultation and booking services during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Manage urgent travel changes, cancellations, and re-bookings swiftly and accurately.

Advise clients on travel routes, fares, accommodation, and travel insurance options.

Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, ensuring prompt assistance.

Ensure compliance with client travel policies and individual preferences.

Monitor and respond to emergencies such as flight delays, cancellations, and travel restrictions.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, changes, and client communications.

Collaborate with the day team to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of service.
Desired Candidate Profile:

3–5 years’ experience as an after-hours travel consultant in a Travel Management Company (TMC).

Proficiency in all major GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).

In-depth knowledge of international travel regulations, routing, and fare rules.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to prioritize and handle urgent issues independently.

Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Male candidates preferred (as per company requirements).
