This customer-facing position requires providing superior travel services and converting inquiries into bookings across multiple communication channels. Applicants should have sales or travel industry experience and be flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier customer service across channels: retail, phone, email, WhatsApp.

• Convert inquiries into travel bookings and maximize sales opportunities.

• Provide accurate information on flights, destinations, tours, insurance, and visa requirements.

• Promote dnata travel products, services, and loyalty programs.

• Resolve customer issues with a focus on surprise and delight experiences.

• Ensure compliance with internal service, audit, and customer feedback standards.

• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Minimum: 12 years of schooling (High School Certificate or equivalent)

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Reservations, Ticketing, Customer Service, or Travel & Tourism
