Emirates is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to deliver an exceptional sales and service experience for Emirates Holidays customers. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves engaging customers across multiple channels including in-store, phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat, providing tailored travel solutions and operational support throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer service, listening carefully to understand customer needs and requirements.

Handle all customer queries promptly and efficiently, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.

Promote and sell Emirates Holidays’ wide range of products and services when appropriate.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring brand standards in communication and service.

Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and lifecycle effectively.

Support retail store operations, engaging customers face-to-face and showcasing holiday packages.

Conduct financial reconciliation for bookings, assist with ticketing queries, and ensure accurate record keeping.

Respond to customer complaints and emergencies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.

Provide Dubai in-resort concierge services, including pre-departure calls, welcome meetings, and upselling ancillary products.

Deliver personalized service to VIP customers, curating bespoke holiday experiences.

Handle non-voice communication channels, including email, live chat, and WhatsApp messaging, with first-call resolution focus.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service environment.

Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexible rostered schedules, including shift-based hours.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
