Emirates is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to deliver an exceptional sales and service experience for Emirates Holidays customers. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves engaging customers across multiple channels including in-store, phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat, providing tailored travel solutions and operational support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service, listening carefully to understand customer needs and requirements.

• Handle all customer queries promptly and efficiently, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.

• Promote and sell Emirates Holidays’ wide range of products and services when appropriate.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring brand standards in communication and service.

• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and lifecycle effectively.

• Support retail store operations, engaging customers face-to-face and showcasing holiday packages.

• Conduct financial reconciliation for bookings, assist with ticketing queries, and ensure accurate record keeping.

• Respond to customer complaints and emergencies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Provide Dubai in-resort concierge services, including pre-departure calls, welcome meetings, and upselling ancillary products.

• Deliver personalized service to VIP customers, curating bespoke holiday experiences.

• Handle non-voice communication channels, including email, live chat, and WhatsApp messaging, with first-call resolution focus.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service environment.

• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work flexible rostered schedules, including shift-based hours.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
