We are hiring a Travel Consultant to join our travel agency based near Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. If you have a passion for travel planning, strong supplier connections, and love delivering exceptional service to clients, this is the perfect role for you!

The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with DMCs and local suppliers, and a strong grasp of tour operations. Freshers with relevant skills and enthusiasm for the travel industry are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle travel inquiries and bookings, ensuring a seamless customer experience

• Coordinate with DMCs and local suppliers for customized tour arrangements

• Provide expert guidance to clients on travel options, itineraries, and packages

• Maintain strong client relationships with professional and personalized service

• Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for documentation and communication

• Work independently and manage client expectations efficiently

• Assist in developing travel plans that align with client preferences and budgets

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a travel agency (preferred)

• Strong network of contacts with DMCs and local suppliers

• In-depth knowledge of tours and destination operations

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

• Must be on own visa and reside near JVC, Dubai

• Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply

• Working Hours: Full-time (9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM)
