Green Apple Travel & Tourism, a well-established travel and visa services provider based in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic Arabic-speaking Travel and Tourism Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in travel bookings or visa services, be organized, team-oriented, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with travel bookings, visa applications, and tour package recommendations.

• Provide travel consultancy services tailored to client needs.

• Maintain clear and professional communication in Arabic (English is a plus).

• Manage inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email in a timely manner.

• Stay updated on visa regulations and tourism trends to advise clients effectively.

• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support overall company goals.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (required); English proficiency is an added advantage.

• Previous experience in tourism or visa services is preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Energetic, professional, and customer-service oriented.

• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, UAE.
