Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel arrangements including hotel and flight bookings.
• Manage visa processing and itinerary planning efficiently.
• Offer expert guidance on both domestic and international destinations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a UAE-based travel agency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global and local travel destinations.
• Proficiency in travel reservation systems and visa documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Urdu is an added advantage).
