As a Travel Agent, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, provide personalized travel recommendations, and deliver top-tier service to ensure memorable travel experiences. Full training will be provided for those without prior experience, making this an excellent entry point into the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel inquiries and bookings (flights, hotels, tours, etc.).

• Provide information on destinations, travel options, and itineraries.

• Deliver outstanding customer service through all stages of the travel process.

• Maintain records of customer transactions and bookings.

• Coordinate with travel partners and suppliers to confirm arrangements.

• Stay up to date with travel trends, promotions, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• With or without prior experience in the travel industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for travel.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests.

• Basic computer and booking system proficiency (training will be provided).

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
