Dubai Careers – a Smart Dubai Initiative in collaboration with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) – is seeking a Transport System Operator for its Passengers Transit Smart Monitoring Department. The role focuses on operating smart monitoring systems, ensuring compliance with transport regulations, and supporting efficient public transit operations across Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Implement daily work schedules assigned by the direct supervisor.

• Monitor department activities using smart systems and detect violations.

• Record violations accurately, ensuring supporting evidence is archived permanently.

• Respond to emergencies and operational challenges, including system errors or equipment malfunctions.

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, instructions, and approved procedures.

• Provide regular reports to concerned authorities.

• Support shift supervisors in tracking performance indicators and corrective actions.

• Attend to after-hours tasks when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum educational level: Secondary School.

• UAE Nationals only (as per job requirement).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
