Kering is hiring a Transport Intern – MEA to support daily transport operations and customs activities across the MEA region. Based in Dubai, this full-time internship reports directly to the Regional MEA Logistics Manager. The successful candidate will assist in managing shipment coordination, document preparation, transport reporting, and communications with freight partners. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and transportation management within a globally recognized luxury group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling, tracking, and coordinating shipments.

• Prepare essential transport documentation, including bills of lading, delivery notes, and invoices.

• Monitor delivery status to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

• Maintain accurate records of transport operations.

• Compile and support the development of daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.

• Communicate with freight forwarders, warehouse staff, and internal teams.

• Help resolve transportation delays and discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with transport laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Support invoice verification and cost-tracking activities.

• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities in logistics processes.

• Provide day-to-day assistance to the transport team.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics workflows.

• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented and analytical with a proactive mindset.

• Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments.

• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
