Job Title: Training Programs Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Training Programs Coordinator to oversee the administration, logistics, and enhancement of our training courses. This role involves course planning, trainer recruitment, consulting services management, and marketing coordination. The ideal candidate has a strong administrative background, project management skills, and experience in training or events industries within the GCC.

📍 Location: UAE – Full-time, office-based
📅 Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (Occasionally Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

📚 Course Administration & Logistics

  • Coordinate public and in-house training programs from start to finish.

  • Handle course materials, logistics, and trainer communications.

  • Manage participant registration, customer service, and post-course administration.

🎯 Course Development & Enhancement

  • Design and update training courses to align with industry trends.

  • Research new topics, certifications, and training associations.

  • Optimize operational procedures for course delivery.

👥 Trainer Recruitment & Management

  • Identify and recruit trainers for diverse topics (including Arabic courses).

  • Secure backup trainers and replacements when needed.

📊 Consulting & Assessment Services

  • Oversee a portfolio of consulting services related to training and professional development.

  • Ensure seamless administration and execution of consulting projects.

📢 Marketing & Outreach

  • Plan and schedule digital marketing and social media content.

  • Collect and create training-related articles, videos, and webinar content.

  • Host webinars and interviews with industry experts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of experience in administration or operations within the GCC.
3+ years of experience in training, conferences, or events.
University degree in a relevant field.
✔ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, LinkedIn, and database management.
Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
Public speaking confidence and ability to host training sessions.
UAE driver’s license and ability to travel within the UAE.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive, task-oriented attitude.
