Refine Development Management is seeking a dynamic Training Manager – Partner Relations to design and lead training initiatives for its partner network. This strategic role will be responsible for developing and delivering customized training programs that enhance partner capabilities, drive engagement, and align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development training and a proven ability to manage cross-functional collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training needs assessments and analyze performance gaps across partner organizations.

Design and develop tailored training programs, materials, and workshops.

Deliver training on product knowledge, sales strategies, market trends, and compliance guidelines.

Utilize digital platforms and e-learning tools for scalable training delivery.

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, including international offsite workshops.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align training with business goals.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to partners, reinforcing key concepts and driving continuous improvement.

Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Produce monthly and quarterly training reports, highlighting engagement and ROI.

Build strong partner relationships to ensure training meets evolving needs and expectations.

Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to partner teams.
Must Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Fluency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Arabic or another second language is required.

Must have previous training experience in real estate development.

Proven ability to create and implement training programs and materials.

Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning platforms (e.g., LMS, Zoom, Teams).

Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies.

Experience managing large-scale training initiatives from planning to execution.
