Training – Manager – Dubai Holding Real Estate

  • Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a Training Manager to design, develop, deliver, and administer training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance. This role is key to supporting the company’s strategic objectives and ensuring the continuous development of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Design & Implementation:

    • Develop and implement training programs aligned with the Talent Management strategy to address skill gaps.

  • Needs Assessment & Gap Analysis:

    • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and create programs to improve performance and productivity.

  • Training Calendar Management:

    • Plan and roll out the annual training calendar, delivering internal and external programs to enhance skills and performance.

  • Training Delivery & Facilitation:

    • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and seminars, ensuring content is engaging and relevant.

  • Budget & Vendor Management:

    • Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring effective resource allocation, and partner with external vendors for training content.

  • Coaching & Support:

    • Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders for employee development.

  • Training Effectiveness Monitoring:

    • Conduct post-training surveys to evaluate effectiveness, and monitor training success through metrics and feedback reports.

  • Technology Utilization:

    • Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools to enhance training delivery and tracking.

Required Criteria:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HR major); Master’s preferred.

  • Experience:

    • 4-6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a senior training role in a multicultural environment.

  • Certifications:

    • Professional certifications in Assessment and Learning, CIPD level 3 or 5, preferred.

    • Certified Coach or Certified NLP practitioner is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong project management, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
