Azadea Group is hiring a Training and Development Specialist to join their dynamic HR team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is designed for professionals passionate about employee learning and development. The role involves designing, conducting, and managing training programs, aligning them with company goals and regional strategies. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in retail training and a strong understanding of modern talent development practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze performance data to identify training needs and develop targeted learning strategies.

Design and deliver training sessions in line with the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Develop and maintain high-quality training resources and materials.
-
Conduct onboarding programs and foster company culture and customer service excellence.

Collaborate with Talent Management to oversee employee development programs.

Track and report on training effectiveness, program engagement, and costs.

Coordinate with external training vendors as needed.

Implement and support digital learning initiatives.

(For regional roles) Develop and execute regional managerial training aligned with strategy and budget.

(For regional roles) Coach and support local trainers in meeting training standards.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in a similar role; retail training experience is a major plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office.
