Job Title: Training and Development Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Training and Development Manager to join our HR team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that ensure organizational growth and compliance with ISO standards. You will oversee the maintenance of training-related databases, improve training processes, and help create a safe and healthy work environment, aligning with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Your role will also involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders, supporting corporate HR initiatives, and maintaining a streamlined training infrastructure that supports continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate periodic training reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of training activities.

Manage and update the training calendar; notify managers of any changes to schedules.

Oversee and maintain the training master tracking list and ensure its continuous updates.

Organize logistics for internal training sessions and coordinate employee orientations (e.g., new joiners, work placements).

Create and develop flowcharts, work instructions, checklists, and action plans for training activities.

Ensure timely completion and processing of training documents.

Support compliance with ISO standards by ensuring training activities align with quality, health, safety, and environmental management protocols.

Safeguard company property related to training activities and maintain its inventory.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of all company-related information.

Assist the Corporate HR team with various responsibilities and HR initiatives.

Perform other tasks as directed by the Director of Human Resources.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; certifications or postgraduate qualifications in HR, Training & Development, or related fields are a plus.

Experience: 6–10 years in HR training-related roles, with a focus on program management, compliance, and process improvement.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects.

Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.

Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Must be able to obtain a valid UAE driver’s license.
