Job Overview

We are recruiting a Training & Development Executive on behalf of our client, a well-established non-profit professional association headquartered in Dubai. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of the organization’s training programs, including professional courses and examinations.

The ideal candidate will combine strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with a passion for learning and development in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the approved training and development strategy in alignment with organizational goals

• Plan, schedule, and manage the annual training calendar, including courses and examinations

• Coordinate the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs

• Proactively support initiatives to increase course registrations and participant engagement

• Prepare, monitor, and control the training budget in line with approved allocations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with trainers, partner universities, and external stakeholders

• Ensure high-quality delivery of training programs and a positive learner experience

• Track training performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or program management

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively

• Experience working with professional bodies, associations, or non-profit organizations is an advantage
