Concentrix is looking for a Trainer to deliver client-focused training for new hires, product updates, and recurring training. The role involves preparing training materials, monitoring student progress, and providing feedback. The Trainer will ensure effective knowledge transfer to agents, support the transition to the production environment, and contribute to continuous learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional direction and monitor progress in the training classroom

• Utilize various training delivery modalities, including hands-on demonstrations and classroom learning

• Achieve individual training performance metrics and ensure readiness of agents for production

• Support the transition of agents from training to production environment

• Maintain product knowledge through calls, client meetings, and side-by-side observations

• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and recommend enhancements

• Modify training curriculum based on feedback and Training Needs Analysis

• Participate in the continuous learning culture by staying updated on changes and product releases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 2-4 years of relevant training experience, including soft skills like communication and team building

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure

• Fluency in English and Arabic

• UAE resident or able to relocate on short notice
