Medicina Group of Pharmacies is seeking a dedicated Trainee Pharmacist to join our team in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. This is an excellent opportunity for recent pharmacy graduates or those awaiting licensing to gain hands-on experience under the supervision of licensed pharmacists in a dynamic pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications and advising customers under supervision.

• Assist in patient counseling regarding proper medication usage, dosage, and storage.

• Conduct basic health screenings such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and temperature monitoring.

• Maintain and update patient records and pharmacy files accurately.

• Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Assist in stock control, including removing expired or damaged medications.

• Help process prescriptions and billing, maintaining efficient operational workflows.

• Follow UAE regulatory requirements and internal SOPs under pharmacist guidance.

• Perform administrative and support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology (graduates awaiting licensing are welcome to apply).

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Flexibility to work across locations in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

• Good understanding of pharmaceutical principles and common drug categories.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and pharmacy systems (training will be provided).

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset.
