Marriott International is looking for a Traditional Butler for Al Wathba Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is designed for individuals passionate about providing personalized, anticipatory service in a luxury hospitality environment. The Traditional Butler ensures guests enjoy a seamless, memorable experience, representing the high standards of the Marriott International and Luxury Collection brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest services in guest rooms and public areas.

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism and discretion.

• Maintain knowledge of resort offerings, local culture, and experiences to enhance guest engagement.

• Prepare and manage guest requests, from in-room dining to special arrangements.

• Support the Front Office and Rooms Division to ensure seamless operations.

• Uphold luxury service standards and Marriott International brand values.

• Assist with VIP and high-profile guest services while maintaining confidentiality.

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or butler services preferred.
