Key Responsibilities
✅ Client Support – Serve as the primary contact for VIP & institutional clients.
✅ Technical Guidance – Assist clients in integrating Binance’s trading system & API.
✅ Issue Resolution – Provide real-time support for account & system-related problems.
✅ Product Communication – Inform clients about system updates and trading changes.
✅ Internal Coordination – Act as a bridge between clients & internal teams (finance, risk, product).
✅ Client Feedback – Gather feedback and drive product improvements.
Job Requirements
📊 Experience: Minimum 3 years in trading desk support or financial services.
💻 Technical Skills: Familiarity with trading platforms, API integration, and order execution.
🎯 Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues under high pressure.
📢 Communication: Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills.
📆 Availability: Willing to participate in on-call rotations.
🌏 Languages: Bilingual (English & Mandarin) for coordination with global partners.
Preferred Qualifications
🚀 Hands-on API trading experience – Strong plus.
📈 Knowledge of cryptocurrency & blockchain – Strong plus.
📊 Understanding of derivatives (futures, options, etc.) – Strong plus.
