As a Trade Operations Manager in the MENA region, you will play a key role in optimizing client trading experiences. This includes understanding trading habits, improving product offerings, and providing seamless trade assistance. You will work closely with institutional clients, market makers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting: Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activities.

• Trade Assistance: Serve as an intermediary between clients to facilitate trades.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients and market players.

• Market Coverage & Intelligence: Monitor order books, liquidity flows, and spreads across products.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in trade operations, preferably within crypto exchanges, brokerage, or traditional finance firms.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders in the UAE market.

• Ability to work cross-functionally to align business objectives.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

• Understanding of derivatives trading is desirable.
