Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Management team in the implementation of trade marketing activities aimed at increasing brand visibility, enhancing customer experiences, and boosting sales in retail and distribution channels.
In this role, you will assist in executing key strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all retail touchpoints, and helping launch new products. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on high-profile brands in the luxury, beauty, and fashion industries.
Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Branding & Display Solutions:
Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility in retail outlets. -
Promotional Campaigns:
Work closely with the sales and retail teams to ensure successful execution of trade promotions, activations, and special offers. -
Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM):
Support the creation and distribution of trade-specific marketing materials (e.g., banners, posters) for in-store promotions and events. -
Product Launches:
Coordinate the rollout of new product launches across trade channels, ensuring displays and promotional materials are well-executed. -
Campaign Performance Monitoring:
Track the success of trade marketing campaigns and promotions, gathering insights for improvements. -
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the brand’s guidelines and are consistently applied across all retail touchpoints. -
Retail Relationships:
Collaborate with mall management and retail marketing teams to secure exhibition spaces and prime display opportunities for your products. -
Inventory Support:
Assist in managing the distribution of promotional items and marketing materials.
Candidate Profile:

Language:
Fluent in both Arabic and English. -
Industry Experience:
Experience in luxury, beauty, fragrance, or fashion industries preferred. -
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating engaging visuals and promotional materials. -
Branding & Marketing Expertise:
Proven track record in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and increasing sales performance across retail and distribution channels. -
Team Collaboration:
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, sales, and retail for cohesive execution of trade marketing activities.
