Job Title: Trade Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Executive to drive the execution of indirect retail visibility strategies and support high-impact marketing campaigns within the FMCG sector. In this role, you will work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager and regional market teams to ensure flawless activation of brand initiatives, effective coordination of marketing activities, and optimal brand representation across all indirect retail and LAMP channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination: Support the deployment of multi-category marketing campaigns in indirect retail channels. Design and deliver creative visibility solutions aligned with marketing initiative cycles.

  • Retail Visibility Mapping: Maintain and update visibility tracking tools in collaboration with local market teams. Ensure these serve as reference points for visibility calendars and communication plans.

  • TPOSM Development: Assist in creating and innovating Trade Point of Sale Materials (TPOSM) to enhance brand recognition and drive customer engagement in indirect retail and LAMP channels.

  • Event & LAMP Toolbox Support: Help coordinate event setup, design renders, suggest material usage, and align execution strategies with market-specific needs.

  • Administrative & Procurement Coordination: Manage the Quote to PO process, communicate with suppliers, and follow up on ongoing tasks to ensure timely execution of all visibility projects.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and deadline-oriented

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university

  • 4–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or Field Sales

  • Proven background in FMCG sector (either in a principal or distribution setup)
