Job Title: Tourism Operations Assistant 

Job Description:

Are you a fresh graduate or student based in Dubai with a passion for travel and cultural experiences? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Tourism Operations Assistants, supporting the coordination of travel programs and the development of unique tourism experiences in the UAE and beyond.

This role offers hands-on experience in the dynamic tourism sector, working closely with local travel providers, attractions, and service partners to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building connections with local Dubai tourism partners including hotels, attractions, transport providers, and experience operators

• Support the creation and coordination of tour itineraries

• Participate in pricing negotiations and help maintain strong industry relationships

• Contribute to the design and development of niche tourism products and services

• Assist in managing customer inquiries, special requests, and on-ground emergencies to ensure seamless customer journeys

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fresh graduates or interns currently studying in Dubai

• Preferred academic background: Tourism Management, Marketing, or International Business

• Strong communication and cross-cultural skills in English and Chinese

• Familiarity with Dubai and Middle East tourism resources and attractions

• Prior local living experience in Dubai is a plus

• Responsible, proactive, eager to learn, and a team player
