Microsoft invites Emirati Nationals to apply for the Tomoh Program: Account Technology Internship, a unique six-month paid training initiative designed to empower the next generation of UAE tech leaders. This hybrid internship offers hands-on experience, technical certifications, and exposure to real-world projects, preparing participants for future roles in technology, innovation, and customer engagement.

As an Account Technology Intern (ATS), you will collaborate with Microsoft experts to drive digital transformation, guide clients on strategic technology adoption, and contribute to impactful business solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client engagements by providing technology insights and solutions mapping.

• Assist in developing technical roadmaps and account planning activities.

• Collaborate on data-driven business insights to inform sales and transformation strategies.

• Participate in onboarding, technical training, and mentorship programs.

• Gain hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing projects.

• Build technical enablement plans and capture digital transformation progress.

Program Structure:

• Phase 1 – Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 Month):

  • Introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, and strategy.

  • Technical certifications and professional skills training.

  • Courses on communication, innovation, and project management.

• Phase 2 – On-the-Job Training (5 Months):

  • Shadowing Microsoft’s Account Technology Specialists.

  • Mentorship and coaching sessions.

  • Real-world assignments in digital transformation.

Qualifications:

• Emirati National holding a valid UAE Family Book.

• Legally authorized to work in the UAE.

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong passion for technology, innovation, and client success.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

• Ability to balance technical and business perspectives.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Previous experience in consulting, technical sales, or software development is a plus.
