Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a 6-month structured program combining training, mentorship, and real project experience.

• Support Microsoft’s Account Management team in customer engagement, business planning, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop and present value-driven business solutions to clients.

• Gather customer feedback to improve satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Learn and apply Microsoft’s sales and customer engagement strategies.

• Work on real assignments involving AI, Cloud Computing, and Machine Learning technologies.

Program Details:

• Program Duration: 6 months (Full-time, Paid Internship)

• Start Date: January 2026

• Phases:

  • Phase 1 – Onboarding & Skilling (1 month): Microsoft culture, technical certifications, and professional development courses.

  • Phase 2 – On-the-Job Training (5 months): Hands-on experience, mentorship, and active participation in customer projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Emirati national with a valid UAE Family Book.

• Legally authorized to work in the UAE.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
