Microsoft invites passionate and ambitious Emirati nationals to join the Tomoh Program, a six-month Account Management Internship designed to accelerate early-career development in technology, business, and digital transformation.
Through this immersive program, interns gain globally recognized certifications, real-world experience, and mentorship from Microsoft leaders. Participants will explore how digital innovation drives business success while developing professional skills in account management, customer engagement, and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a 6-month structured program combining training, mentorship, and real project experience.

Support Microsoft’s Account Management team in customer engagement, business planning, and digital transformation initiatives.

Develop and present value-driven business solutions to clients.

Gather customer feedback to improve satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

Learn and apply Microsoft’s sales and customer engagement strategies.

Work on real assignments involving AI, Cloud Computing, and Machine Learning technologies.

Program Duration: 6 months (Full-time, Paid Internship)

Phases:

Phase 1 – Onboarding & Skilling (1 month): Microsoft culture, technical certifications, and professional development courses.

Phase 2 – On-the-Job Training (5 months): Hands-on experience, mentorship, and active participation in customer projects.

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

Emirati national with a valid UAE Family Book.

Legally authorized to work in the UAE.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
