TISSOT, a part of the Swatch Group, is looking for a Full-Time Keyholder to join their team in the UAE. The Keyholder will provide exceptional customer service, support sales goals, assist in daily store operations, and lead a team of associates. Responsibilities include client outreach, sales management, and ensuring store procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a unique experience for clients.

Assist management in achieving sales targets and customer service goals.

Lead a team of associates in completing operational tasks, including opening and closing the store.

Build and maintain client relationships through networking and outreach.
-
Provide after-sale services and use product knowledge to assist customers.

Ensure proper store management, including clienteling, sales support, and team collaboration.
Required Experience & Skills:
-
3-5 years of experience in a Keyholder or luxury retail position.

Strong background in luxury retail, jewelry, and timepieces.

Excellent sales skills, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
-
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
-
Computer literacy and multilingual skills are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay of $19-$23, with additional commission based on performance.
