Gardinia Contracting is seeking an experienced Timekeeper to manage attendance, working hours, and manpower records at a tower construction project site in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation for payroll, compliance, and productivity reporting, supporting both project management and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate daily attendance records for site staff, workers, and subcontractors.

Monitor entry/exit timings, absences, and overtime in coordination with site supervisors.

Prepare and submit daily and weekly manpower reports to HR and Project Management.

Verify timesheets, attendance logs, and biometric data for accuracy.
-
Track manpower deployment by trade, subcontractor, and area of work.

Coordinate with HR for monthly timecard summaries and payroll calculations.

Assist during audits and ensure confidentiality of employee data.

Liaise with subcontractors to validate attendance and billing records.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in construction timekeeping, preferably in high-rise/tower projects.

Strong knowledge of biometric systems and attendance software.
-
Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
