TikTok is seeking an experienced Content Operations Manager to join the TikTok LIVE team in Dubai. This role will focus on shaping communication strategies, amplifying creators, executing high-quality campaigns, and strengthening creator relationships through events and storytelling. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in content operations, digital marketing, and influencer partnerships, with the ability to work in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape communication and amplification strategies aligned with TikTok LIVE goals.

• Develop storytelling frameworks to keep content engaging and on-brand.

• Execute amplification strategies across owned, earned, and paid media channels.

• Deliver high-quality and engaging content to support campaign objectives.

• Create compelling creator stories that drive positive PR and media coverage.

• Organize and manage creator experience events to enhance brand loyalty.

• Track and report campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on KPIs.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

• 6+ years of experience in content operations, marketing, or creator partnerships within digital media, entertainment, or social platforms.

• Strong track record in influencer marketing, content development, and campaign execution.

• Proficiency in digital marketing, leveraging owned, earned, and paid media.

• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and campaign optimization.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (required).

• Expertise in PR, communications, and storytelling.
