TikTok is looking for a Content Operations Manager to drive engagement, storytelling, and creator amplification for TikTok LIVE. This role requires expertise in content creation, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and campaign management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, executing marketing campaigns, managing creator relationships, and ensuring seamless event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute communication strategies for creator marketing and amplification.

Create compelling storytelling frameworks to keep content engaging and aligned with brand goals.

Lead content amplification across owned, earned, and paid media platforms.

Develop and manage high-quality, engaging content that resonates with TikTok’s audience.

Build and execute social media campaigns for TikTok LIVE.

Craft creator narratives that generate positive media coverage through PR.

Organize and execute creator experience events, strengthening brand and influencer relationships.

Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:

6+ years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, or creator partnerships within social media, entertainment, or digital platforms.

Strong background in content creation, storytelling, and influencer marketing.

Expertise in digital marketing campaigns, PR strategies, and media amplification.

Data-driven mindset with excellent reporting, analysis, and optimization skills.

Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory) to manage Arabic-language content.

Proven ability to execute high-quality, engaging content and creator-focused campaigns.
