Job Title: TIG & ARC Welder 

Job Description:
We are hiring TIG & ARC Welders for our ongoing industrial projects in Ajman New Industrial Area 1. This position involves precision welding work with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components, as well as assisting with team supervision and mentoring new employees. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various welding techniques and the ability to read technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG (GTAW) and ARC (GMAW/MIG) welding on metal components based on engineering drawings and project specifications

• Weld and repair door assemblies and structural parts to meet internal and customer quality standards

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, ensuring welded parts meet blueprint specifications

• Clean weld splatter and finish metal parts as required

• Ensure materials and tools are used safely and efficiently

• Assist in training and orienting new employees to support team development

• Monitor day-to-day team requirements and workflow

• Follow health, safety, and environmental protocols

• Possess basic knowledge of mechanical machine operations like lathe, milling, and shaping

• Demonstrate troubleshooting and quality assurance skills in a dynamic environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Advanced certificate in welding and fabrication (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a plus)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in TIG & ARC welding in an industrial setting

• Proficient in all welding types and positions

• Ability to interpret mechanical and technical drawings

• Basic knowledge of machine fitting and electrical safety

• Strong awareness of HSE practices

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
