Position: Tier 2 Customer Service Representative

Location: UAE (Candidates on visit visa or with canceled employment visa preferred)
Join Our Dynamic Customer Service Team!
We are looking for a customer-focused and solutions-driven professional to join our team as a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle escalated customer inquiries, provide outstanding service, and work towards customer retention while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls for escalated customer matters.

Build strong relationships with clients to resolve service issues and outstanding payments.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service implementations.

Achieve retention targets while identifying opportunities for additional service offerings.

Develop an in-depth understanding of company products, services, and market trends to communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to retain customers.

Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Minimum 1+ year of customer service experience (international call center experience preferred).

Minimum 1 year of client retention experience.
Work Schedule & Benefits:

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 pm – 2:30 am (Evening Shift)

Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
