Position: Tier 2 Customer Service Representative
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: UAE (Candidates on visit visa or with canceled employment visa preferred)

Join Our Dynamic Customer Service Team!

We are looking for a customer-focused and solutions-driven professional to join our team as a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle escalated customer inquiries, provide outstanding service, and work towards customer retention while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls for escalated customer matters.

  • Build strong relationships with clients to resolve service issues and outstanding payments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service implementations.

  • Achieve retention targets while identifying opportunities for additional service offerings.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of company products, services, and market trends to communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to retain customers.

  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Minimum 1+ year of customer service experience (international call center experience preferred).

  • Minimum 1 year of client retention experience.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 pm – 2:30 am (Evening Shift)

  • Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

  • Additional Benefits: Employment Visa & Medical Insurance
