Infinite Holidays, a reputed travel and tourism company based in Dubai, is seeking a proactive and organized Ticketing Manager to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is crucial for managing ticket sales and operations while ensuring excellent customer service and seamless coordination for event and travel bookings.

As the Ticketing Manager, you will oversee all ticketing functions, communicate with customers, manage ticket-related queries, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery of services. This position demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all ticket sales and ticketing operations.

• Handle customer communication related to ticketing and resolve inquiries.

• Coordinate event and travel ticketing logistics.

• Ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional ticketing process.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all ticket transactions.

• Work closely with internal departments and external partners to meet service goals.

• Monitor ticket availability and pricing as per demand and event requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ticketing operations or a similar role.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience in event ticketing is a strong advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
