Role Overview:

The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai is offering a Human Resources University Internship for 2025, designed to provide students with practical, hands-on experience in hotel operations and HR management. This full-time internship program immerses participants in Marriott’s global culture, values, and Gold Standards, giving them a strong foundation for a successful career in the hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain exposure to daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administrative support.

  • Assist in the coordination of staff events, orientation programs, and other HR initiatives.

  • Learn and uphold The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, including the Credo, Employee Promise, and Service Values.

  • Support HR managers in data entry, reporting, and documentation tasks.

  • Collaborate with different departments to enhance understanding of hotel operations and team dynamics.

  • Participate in learning sessions and development workshops to gain deeper insight into hospitality management.


Requirements:

  • Must be a current university or college student pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or Business Administration.

  • Strong interest in luxury hospitality and HR operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai for the internship period.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
