Territory Manager – Emirati Talent (Institutional Division)
Ecolab Dubai , UAE

Ecolab is hiring a driven and service-oriented Territory Manager in Training to join its Institutional division in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is tailored for Emirati talent and offers a unique opportunity to grow within a global leader in hygiene and sanitation solutions. After completing a comprehensive training program, you’ll manage a territory of clients across the foodservice and hospitality sectors, delivering expert guidance on cleaning systems that ensure safer, healthier environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales within an assigned territory of restaurants, hotels, schools, and care facilities
  • Deliver training, emergency service, and product demonstrations to clients
  • Cold-call and prospect to secure new accounts and expand Ecolab’s market presence
  • Install, maintain, and repair ware washing, laundry, and dispensing equipment
  • Provide expert recommendations on sanitation processes and safety compliance
  • Ensure customer facilities are fully operational and staff are properly trained

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to be on-call during off-hours and weekends
  • No immigration sponsorship available

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B commercial sales experience
  • Industry experience in food service, hospitality, laundry, or housekeeping
  • Mechanical aptitude (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
