Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to lead and manage pharmaceutical tender submissions across the UAE and GCC markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with government health authorities such as the Gulf Health Council (GHC) and other regulatory entities within the GCC. You will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, ensuring compliance, timely submission, and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant pharmaceutical tender opportunities across GCC countries.

• Prepare and compile complete tender documents in line with technical and commercial requirements.

• Submit tenders within deadlines and follow up on their progress through final outcomes.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to gather necessary documentation.

• Stay current with GCC procurement laws, health authority procedures, and submission protocols.

• Build and maintain relationships with government health authorities and tendering agencies.

• Conduct post-tender analysis and generate insights for future bid strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

• BSc or MSc in Pharmacy or a related field.

• MBA in Marketing is a strong advantage.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of hands-on pharmaceutical tendering experience in GCC countries.

• Mandatory experience with GHC and other GCC health authorities.

• Familiarity with the regulatory environment and submission practices in the GCC.

Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and tendering portals.
