IOP Company is seeking a Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate and a passion for customer engagement. The role involves generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting inquiries into sales closures.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.

Client Interaction: Explain project features, pricing, and location benefits clearly and confidently.

Site Visits & Virtual Tours: Schedule and organize site visits or virtual tours for prospective clients.

Follow-up & Deal Closure: Regularly follow up with prospects to nurture leads and close deals.

CRM Management: Update CRM software with accurate call and lead details.

Target Achievement: Exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and site visits.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the field sales team to convert leads into customers.

Customer Satisfaction: Handle client queries professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate telesales or a related role.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate terms, property types, and sales processes.
