Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive with a strong interest in financial markets and forex trading to join our dynamic brokerage team. In this telesales-focused role, you will engage with potential clients, introduce them to our trading products, and convert leads into active clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing forex trading products and services

Follow up with warm leads and build a strong client pipeline

Educate clients on account opening procedures, trading platforms, and available investment opportunities

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Maintain deep knowledge of forex markets, trading strategies, and competitor offerings

Handle client objections confidently and close sales over the phone

Keep accurate records of sales calls, lead status, and communication via CRM software

Collaborate with the retention and customer support teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company compliance policies
