Job Description:
We are seeking a persuasive and energetic Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients via phone to introduce our products, explain their benefits, and generate appointments for further business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong sales instincts and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage potential customers over the phone to pitch products and services effectively.

• Set up maximum appointments with interested leads for follow-up or in-person meetings.

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to drive interest and conversions.

• Handle inquiries by providing detailed product information and addressing customer concerns.

• Maintain follow-ups with previous clients to explore new sales opportunities.

• Analyze and adapt sales scripts for better communication and results.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional customer service abilities and a persuasive sales approach.

• Proficient in adapting sales scripts and tailoring pitches to client needs.

• Fluent, confident, and engaging phone manner.

• Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead tracking (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or telemarketing experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Communication, Business Management, or a related field.

• Preferred nationalities: India, Pakistan.
