Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Exceptional customer service with a friendly and convincing tone.

Confidence in using call scripts while adding a personal, engaging touch.

Ability to analyze client needs and handle objections effectively.

Minimum undergraduate qualification in Communication, Business Management, or related field.

At least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer-facing roles.
