Persian Horizon Tourism is expanding its sales team and looking for a highly motivated Telesale Specialist with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting contractors, generating leads, and increasing sales through effective marketing and communication strategies. Key Responsibilities:

📌 Sales & Lead Generation

• Market and attract contractors for tourism and business-related services.
• Identify and acquire new customers through research and networking.
• Conduct in-person and online meetings with clients and contractors.
• Develop strong relationships and offer tailored solutions to boost customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert them into long-term customers.

📌 Marketing & Communication

• Work with the advertising team, website, and social media to enhance lead generation.
• Engage with customers via phone, website chat, and social media platforms.
• Attend exhibitions and trade events to introduce products and services.

📌 Sales Reporting & CRM Management

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years of work and living experience in the UAE.
✅ Industry Background: Preferred experience in tourism, event planning, or business development.
✅ Sales & Negotiation: Strong communication and sales techniques expertise.
✅ CRM & Digital Marketing: Familiarity with CRM software, email marketing, and social media advertising.
✅ Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
✅ Visa Requirement: Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (company registration, sponsorship, or employment visa).

📅 Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
