Job Title: Telephonic Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Telephonic Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of communication skills, be customer-focused, and able to manage call logs using the latest digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently as per the daily schedule.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions or product-related information.

  • Promote product features and benefits through engaging and informative telephonic conversations.

  • Build long-term customer relationships through quality discussions.

  • Maintain detailed call logs using digital platforms and cloud-based databases.

  • Improve customer experience by reducing wait time and ensuring a pleasant call environment.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a BPO or call center environment.

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to multitask efficiently and meet targets in a fast-paced setting.

  • Proficiency in using digital communication and CRM tools.

  • Receptive to feedback and focused on continuous improvement.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
