Hilton is hiring a Telephone Operator for The WB™ Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton™. As a Telephone Operator, you will be responsible for managing guest and management messages, inquiries, and emergencies. This role requires a high level of customer service and knowledge of the hotel facilities, services, and the local area to respond promptly and accurately to guests’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Accept, deliver, and respond to guest and management messages, inquiries, and emergencies.

Use knowledge of the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests.

Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries efficiently and effectively.

Ensure timely wake-up calls are made at the correct time.

Handle emergency calls with urgency and relay accurate information.

Promote hotel services and local offerings through upselling techniques.

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws.

Attend training courses as required.

Demonstrate high-level customer service at all times and assist other departments as needed.
Requirements:

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, especially on the telephone.

Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competent level of IT proficiency.

Previous experience in a customer-focused industry is advantageous.
