Media Rotana, a premier hospitality destination in Dubai, is seeking an Emirati Telephone Operator to join its Front Office team. This full-time, on-site opportunity is designed for proactive, customer-focused UAE Nationals who are looking to build a successful career in hospitality.

As a Telephone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests and play a key role in ensuring their experience with us is professional, seamless, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer all guest and internal calls professionally and courteously.

• Handle guest inquiries efficiently while exceeding expectations.

• Ensure guests are greeted by name during calls in line with Rotana standards.

• Maintain accurate knowledge of the hotel’s services and local information.

• Manage wake-up calls, long-distance call vouchers, and message delivery.

• Operate the switchboard efficiently, transferring calls internally and externally.

• Maintain guest profiles and preferences through the Opera system.

Skills and Qualifications:

• UAE National (Emirati) – Required.

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.

• Prior experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.

• Strong communication and voice modulation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Familiarity with hotel systems like Opera is an advantage.

• Good computer literacy and multitasking capabilities.
