Marriott International is seeking a service-oriented and detail-focused Telephone Operator to join the Guest Services team at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and are passionate about delivering seamless guest experiences. As a Telephone Operator, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Process guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Marriott’s service standards
- Assist with wake-up calls, message delivery, and emergency communication procedures
- Ensure all communications reflect the hotel’s brand voice and guest experience goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
