Hilton is seeking a dedicated Telephone Operator to join their team at Canopy by Hilton, Al Seef in Dubai. In this role, you will handle guest and management messages, inquiries, and emergencies, providing quick and efficient responses using your knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, and the local area.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest & Management Communication:

Accept, deliver, and respond to messages and inquiries promptly and accurately.

Handle emergency calls and relay necessary information.

Customer Service:
-
Ensure a high level of customer service, particularly on the phone.
-
Provide guests with information about hotel services and local attractions.
-

Wake-Up Calls:
-
Ensure all wake-up calls occur at the correct times.
-

Up-Selling & Promotion:
-
Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services when appropriate.

Security & Compliance:
-
Follow hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.

Team Collaboration:
-
Assist other departments when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a customer-focused industry is advantageous.

Skills:

Positive attitude and good communication skills, especially on the telephone.

Commitment to delivering high-level customer service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competent IT skills.
